In this document, the pronoun "I" refers to Diego Imbert, the manager of the french micro-enterprise whose trade name is Eidos.

Data Storage

Data collected (such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order information) is stored by Stripe solely for the purpose of processing your order and contacting you if necessary. This data is neither stored nor processed elsewhere and is not shared or resold to third parties. Data retention is limited to the time required to fulfill legal and contractual obligations. Data is accessible only by Stripe and myself.

Promotional Emails

If you opt to receive promotional emails, only your name and email address will be stored. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. This data is used solely to send updates about my music.

Right to Data Deletion and Access

In compliance with applicable regulations, you have the right to request the deletion or access to your personal data. To exercise this right, you may contact me at dm@eidos.cc or via my social media accounts. All requests will be processed within 30 days.

Transactions and Security

The transaction process is secured through Stripe, a payment solution known for its high security standards. All sensitive data (such as credit card information) is transmitted directly and encrypted (via HTTPS) between your browser and Stripe's servers. This data is never stored on my server. Stripe complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), ensuring the protection of your payment information.

Right to Complain

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).
