Terms and Conditions

In this document, the pronoun "I" refers to Diego Imbert, the manager of the french micro-enterprise whose trade name is Eidos.

Products I Manage Stock For

I manage the physical stock of CDs and deliver them via La Poste using non-tracked green letters. While rare, it is possible that a letter may be lost. If the CD has not been received within 15 days of purchase, you may report the loss within 30 days of the purchase date. A sworn declaration may be requested before sending a replacement CD, which will be delivered as tracked mail at no additional cost.

Products from Third-Party Suppliers

For clothing and other merchandise, delivery is handled directly by the supplier, and delivery times may vary based on their processing. Orders with the supplier are placed after payment is received. If a product is damaged or non-compliant upon receipt, I will coordinate with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund. In such cases, return and reshipping costs will be covered by me.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees in euros are calculated using the following formula: 1.99€ + 0.25€ per additional item

Delivery Times and Lost Parcels

Estimated delivery times are between 5 and 10 business days. However, these times cannot be guaranteed in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters. In cases of loss or delay caused by such exceptional circumstances, reimbursement for lost goods cannot be guaranteed. However, if possible, an informal solution, such as a replacement, may be offered at my discretion.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason. To do so, please contact me via email at dm@eidos.cc to receive return instructions. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with intact packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products and will include the purchase price as well as initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or non-compliant. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products (such as unsealed CDs) or customized items.
